Question PhotoNeutron Cross Section Doubled

Hello all,

I am simulating the photo-neutron production of Bi-209 using a 4pi detector set up. In my physics list I have included only PhotoNuclear interactions:

G4PhotoNuclearProcess* pnp = new G4PhotoNuclearProcess("PhotoNuclearProcess");

G4GammaNuclearReaction* gnr1 = new G4GammaNuclearReaction();

This means all neutrons that I detect are directly from the photo-neutron reaction. The problem is when I calculate the total cross section from the simulation and compare it to the G4PhotoNuclearCrossSection data tables I am getting twice the correct cross section. I have done this for a range of energies and it is always twice. I am using energies in the range of 7-9MeV. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas what this could be caused by.
