Have you considered using two cones ?

In the case that you can live with them as separate solids, it should
be very simple: create two cones and put them back to back.

     A
    / \
  | | C
    \ /
     B

If they must be part of one solid, you can create a solid either using
    - an intersection of two cones of the full length (length AB) or
else
    - by union of the cones with the half length ( AB/2 ) .

Best regards,
John
