replicas are to be intended as slices of a given volume, without gaps or offsets.
In your case, all the replicated crystals must -fill- the 'Module' box in all its
dimensions. It doesn't seem to me it does so (the width in X for a single replica
should be 96.2/23*mm, as well as for the dimensions of the corresponding box,
which should also correspond to the size of the 'Module' box for Y and Z) !
Otherwise, if you need to define offsets or varying widths, you should use divisions
instead.
