Question cylinder going through another cylinder

Forum: Geometry
Date: 03 Apr, 2009
From: Alain Ferragut <Alain Ferragut>

Hello, I need to compute the following geometry : a cylindrical detector is passing through a cylindrical lead shield, at right angle. So there is an intersection of 2 cylinders being perpendicular in respect to each other. Also, the detector is crossing the wall of the shield, so that one side of the detector is inside the cylindrical shield, and the other side is outside. How can I compute this in Geant4 ?

Thanks,

Alain
