The "Tracker" volume in N02 (if this is the one you refer to) is a simple box
defining the envelope required for holding the parameterisation (since a
parameterisation must be the only daughter of a volume); the parameterised
chambers are the sensitive volumes.
In the example, it also represents the tracker region where to apply possible
tracking constraints as user-limits...
