I'm trying to import CAD data into Geant. I've successfully installed GDML and converted a STEP file with the help of FASTRAD into a gdml file. However if I try to load the file with the load_gdml example (which works with the already provided file) I get the error message GDML: Empty document! I've tried changing different things in the file (using less points, setting the path of the GDMLSchema and so on), but nothing helped. Now I've never worked with an XML file so I have a hard time figuring out what's wrong with my file. Does anybody know what kind of error this error message points to or are there any specialities one has to observe using FASTRAD for the conversion from step to gdml? Thanks,
