Normally, the volumes defined in GEANT4 have extremely flat surfaces (atomically flat). Real volumes, however, have some roughness that depends on the polishing, for instance. I was just wondering is there a way to simply define the surface or a volume boundary roughness? Lets say a roughness that has a Gaussian peak-to-valey deviations along the surface?

Thank you.
