Another commercial tool allows the conversion of CAD files to Geometry files that can be used by Geant4.
This software is called FASTRAD, created and developped by TRAD.

A part of this tool is free : you can load CAD files in STEP format to visualize and/or modify your geometry.
You can add solids, assign materials to them. Then this geometry can be converted in GDML files,
containing the information on the geometry and its materials.
These GDML files can be easily and directly used by Geant4 to describe your geometry.

Another part of FASTRAD (this one is not free) allows the conversion of your geometry in a whole Geant4 project
describing your geometry, your physics lists, your particle source and so on...
