if you use custom solids in your application, and therefore make explicit use of tolerances
(kCar/Ang/RadTolerance constants) and move to release 9.0, you may need to migrate your
code as expressed in the release notes. Besides that, the mechanism and handling of the
geometrical tolerance has not changed from previous releases, so I quite don't understand
why you should see differences if you did a proper migration as documented.
