Thanks John, looking at the /tracking/verbose 1 I could see that the proper
volumes were being used, so the problem was how I was looking for them. So,
the whole purpose of this was to be able to mark, somehow, in a trackerCollection
or something whether a given particle (track) went through a hole in the
mesh or through the substrate. There are many volumes within the mesh, so
making them all sensitive, I think, is not the most efficient way to go
about this. Is there a way to get in and change the /tracking/verbose 1
command, or get access to the same information??

Cheers,
Mario
