I have tried your advices:

>Idle> ls vis/geometry/set

And for some reasons the logical volume desappears at all and then when I tried to verify which colours attibutes. Then its shows colours (1.37889e-306,5.16367e-306,0,1). I guest that the command: /vis/geometry/set/colour() is not working when I have the geometry defined in GDML format.
