None Question about G4Transform3D, G4RotationMatrix

Hello, everyone, I met a problem when I set the 3D transform of a volume, 
here is the code: 

   G4RotationMatrix Ra;
    Ra.rotateY(36.0*deg);
   G4ThreeVector Ta;
    Ta.setX(1.*cm); Ta.setY(0); Ta.setZ(0);
   G4Transform3D(Ta,Ra);
   

When the code was compiled, I got this error:

no matching function for call to
   HepTransform3D::HepTransform3D(G4ThreeVector&, G4RotationMatrix&)
/usr/local/include/CLHEP/Geometry/Transform3D.h:224: candidates are:
   HepTransform3D::HepTransform3D(const HepTransform3D&)

what is the mistake?
