Question G4Parameterisation and G4EllipticalTube

Keywords: run-time error , G4Parameterisation , G4EllipticalTube
Forum: Geometry
Date: 02 Mar, 2005
From: Matthias Boehm <>

Hello all

I try to do a parameterisation with a G4EllipticalTube, where
the tube changes its size. The code compiles fine but I get a
run-time error like below. The code works fine if I replace the
G4EllipticalTube by a G4Box. Is there a limitation that I can't
use parameterisation with complicated shapes in G4?

Thanks for your help
