Hi, i had the same problem (233 below) and got an explanation that the 
total deposition was made after each step. In case of voxelized geometry
step is usually limited by the voxel size, while it is not the case in 
non-voxelized one where i had a discrete image instead of continuous dose 
distribution. Therefore i took the length of each step and divided it into
equidistant substeps. In each substep i stored the relevant fraction of
the total deposition. The result corresponded well to the data from 
voxelize simulation as well as to the experiments. Still, i'm not 
completely convinced of the reliability of this trick, Zdenek
