Question Concentric spheres

Dear all

I am trying to modify svalue example of Geant4-DNA project. It provides only one sphere as an absorber. I am trying to to make modifications to it by placing 3 concentric spheres 1. world sphere radius 10. micrometer 2. Cell with outer radius 5. micrometer, inner radius = (5.micrometer - 7. nm), made of Tissue material. 3. Nucleus with outer radius (0.8 X 5. )micrometer, inner radius = (outer radius - 40. nm), made of Tissue material.

My first question is do I need to use Replica class or parametrization class for this geometry? If yes, can you please guide me?

Because I used simple world daughter geometry

World is mother to Cell and Cell is mother to the nucleus.

I am getting results but I am also getting the warnings. I have attached the warnings and model geometry with this massage. Any type of suggestion will be appreciated.
