Thank you for your prompt reply. I attached the geometry files (.cc and .hh), together with two snapshots showing the unexpected rotation. The axis is vector (1,0,1), the initial orientation of the cylinder is perpendicular to the axis. But after the rotation, it is no longer perpendicular to the axis, which is weird.
