Dear Huagang Yan,

Geant4 does not have a test for rotate(ang,axis) for the reason that G4RotationMatrix is an alias to a class from CLHEP:

   typedef CLHEP::HepRotation G4RotationMatrix;

The method CLHEP::HepRotation.rotate(ang,axis) has been tested there.

Could you provide us a small example on how you call the method for futher investigation.
