Okay.  I implemented a "BuildEnvelope" function at the base class level,
which uses the class' internal known dimensions to construct an appropriate
G4Box (or G4Tubs) and wrap it in an LV.  As I realize now, this also has the
advantage of clearly separating the "full structure" functionality from the
"shape."
