Dear Adam,

Please look at the Geant4 documentation for importing CAD files. You 
will need to convert the solids in the structure into triangulated 
surface models, and import it using GDML or a simpler format.  You can 
find all this described in the Users Guide for Application Developers - 
so I will not provide any pointers or additional information.  There are 
different tools available.

If you want direct simulation in NURBS, there is no easily available 
solution in Geant4.  There is a development of 'G4DAGSolid' which allow 
one to interface a geometry described to the DAGMC toolkit - which has 
its own workflow.

Note that you will need to double check that the solids created by your 
phantom are bounded by a full surface, which is not missing parts.

I note that, if there are areas which are not described by these solids, 
Geant4 can cope with it, as it assumes that the material is that of the 
parent volume.
