Dear Yazdan,

The warning message which you report is a minor issue from which the
Navigator can recover. It is not clear that that, if the program hangs,
there is a problem connected with this issue.

Without further information it is difficult to provide advice how to
proceed to identify the source of the problem.

What version of Geant4 are you using ? Are you running in sequential or
multi-threaded mode? What operating system and compiler are you using ?

If you re-run with the same random number seed, do you get the same
results ?

What energy are your primary particles - and what type of particles ?

How long does an event take ? If the energy is low, and the time
limited, I suggest that you re-run the last event (or few events) with
  /tracking/verbose 1
to help demonstrate where the problem occurs.

Do you have other volumes in your geometry, and how do they relate to
the DICOM volume ?

Best regards,
John Apostolakis
