Question Get global position of a physical volume

Forum: Geometry
Date: 07 Jun, 2016
From: Xiao Tong <Xiao Tong>

Firstly, I defined a cubic volume. Then, I put 1000 this volumes in a mother volume to form a 10*10*10 pixelated detector. After that, I try to arrange 40 pixelated detectors to form a PET ring. My question is, how can I get the global position of the cubic volume in each step. The global position here is the position of the center of the cubic volume in global coordinate, rather then the interaction position.

Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.
