I have a proton beam of 135MeV directed at the flat face of a cylinder (R=15cm,Z=30cm) made of water with a smaller cylinder (r=1.5cm,z=3cm) placed at a depth of 13.5cm.

The aim is to simulate a target with varying concentrations of my isotopes inside of a body irradiated with a clinical proton beam to see the resulting isotope production and radioactivation rates, but the materials don't seem to be cooperating.
