I have create a 3 layered pixel detector set up by:
1. Defining a Si pixel
2. Putting these pixels into rings
3. Putting these rings together to make a cylinder
4. Making 3 of these cylinders of different radii (Set by the number of pixels per ring)
My query is whether it matters if I define the pixels or rings as the Sensitive Detector. When I chance which is defined as the SD I get a different number of hit readings. Does anyone know why this is the case, and which is best to define as the SD?
