Could you please let us know which version you are using and whether you use multithreaded mode or sequential mode.

One thing that draws my attention is you instantiate "Vacuum" twice. I'm not sure this is "the" origin of the issue, but in your

   G4double a = 1.*g/mole;
   G4double density = 1.E-9*g/cm3;
   G4double z;
   G4Material* Vacuum = new G4Material("Vacuum", z=1., a, density);

should read

   G4Material* Vacuum = G4Material::GetMaterial("Vacuum");

If you have vis.mac or similar visualization macro file to visualize your geometry, I would suggest you to add
  /vis/drawVolume worlds

command before any "/vis/scene" command to see your parallel world volumes.
