Here
sin&#945; = (1 - SetPolish),

and for smooth surface,

&#963; < &#955;/8sin&#945;
(&#945; = Grazing angle)

(I wish both sin&#945; are the same one)


So I think that if &#963; = 1um and &#955; = 500nm for me,
sin&#945; should be 0.0625, and polish = 0.9375.

If it is wrong, please tell me.
