Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.

Basically, create a parallel world, set null pointer to material of all logical volume(s) in this parallel world except for the marker. The marker logical volume should have the proper material pointer that overlays the patient CT volumes.
I would suggest to use G4ParallelWorldPhysics physics constructor, that is the simplest way to add this layered mass geometry without touching to your physics list. You may find an example in extended/runAndEvent/RE04.
If you see some visible performance overhead by using this layered mass geometry, please put your marker volume into a small G4Box and locate this box to the parallel world. This trick should work if the shape of your marker is complex, otherwise the G4Navigator for the parallel world has to calculate the intersection to this complicated shape even when a track is quite far away.
