Hi, There is no constraint for the size of the scoring mesh. There is a tolerance limitation for geometrical navigation in general, but it is 10^-12 m by default and thus your mesh size of 10^-9 m should be fine. On the other hand, our EM physics may not work properly for very short step that is almost a size of a molecule. Do you surely need such a tiny scoring voxel? If you do, what is the material of the volume and what is your physics list? Makoto
