Sad How to check the overlapping surfaces between the daughters of two mother volumes in geant4

Dear Geant4 Users and experts

I am trying to build an array having different rings in Geant4, each of the ring have different number of detector elements. So I have defined some of the rings without using parametrised volumes (having experimental hall as a mother volume) but after a certain ring number I started to use parametrised volume. As the parametrised volume uses the mother volume which do no have the daughters so I defined a separate mother volume for that having same position co-ordinate and dimensions as that of the experimental hall. My question is how do I check the overlapping between the surfaces of the daughter volumes of the two mother volumes.

Assistance from the experts would greatly be appreciated !!!!
