Hi John,

So I'm attempting to create a hexagonal array of cylinders using the second method you outlined.

However, it is not clear how to make each row a subvolume so as to achieve a hexagonal array. If each row is a parameterized volume, there is a problem since each mother volume can only have one replicated volume. If I make each row a box filled with cylinders, I need to make the rectangles overlap to make the cylinders interlock in a honeycomb pattern in general. Am I missing something? It is necessary to use your second method because the navigation consumes too much time otherwise.

Best, Scott
