Dear Cejo George,

It could be that you have defined a volume in your geometry incorrectly (e.g. created a physical volume with no logical volume).

If you are unable to find the issue quickly by inspecting the code of the detector construction, I suggest to:
- run with /tracking/verbose 1 to see in which volume the error occurs (put the output into a file - or pipe it into 'tail' to keep only the last lines)
- recompile Geant4 with debug information, and identify the line of G4Transportation in which it is failing.

Can you please give more information about what program you are running, and the type and complexity of the geometry which you have described to Geant4.

Best regards,
John
