I was defining as many materials as detectors...With fewer materials (10 or so...) it seems to work. However, I'm trying to represent human organs with varying density so I was wondering, is there a "common sense" limit to the number of materials to be used? I think I need to set some kind of density tolerance parameter. For example, if the tolerance is 0.1g/cm3, I have a density of 1.23g/cm3 I will set it to 1.2g/cm3. Do you have any idea how this could affect dose distribution?
