Question Changing geometry but removing solid

Forum: Geometry
Date: 22 Oct, 2012
From: C Mos <C Mos>

Hi I am working in making a macro file where I can run different geometry setup interacting through my detector messenger. Can I erase a volume in my already constructed geometry? Beside calling the function GeometryHasBeenChanged, what should I do? I will need to brreak the link/erase the object in the containing (mother) volume?

Also, I saw some postings of ppl trying to do this, and they were having trouble in erasing the SD part as well.

Please any comments/suggestions are very much appreciated. Chris
