I was wondering if it is possible to add a root logical volume to the Default world region.
In my geant simulation I have the world volume. The world volume contains a box. This box contains a daughter volume which is also a box. When I create a region for the outer box it includes the inner box as part of that region. I do not want the inner box to be part of my new region. I would like it to be part of the default world region.
Is there a way to access the default world region and add the inner water box as part of that region?
I have tried
G4Region* deafultRegion = logicWorld->GetRegion();
logicWorld->GetRegion() returned a value of 0 which resulted in a segmentation fault when the second line got executed.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
