None Rotating a cylinder

I'm trying to rotate a cylinder by 90 degrees in the YZ plane. Here's my code:

G4VSolid * tubeSolid = new G4Tubs("tubeSolid",0*cm,19.2*cm,1247.4*cm,0*deg,360*deg);

G4LogicalVolume* tubeLogical = new G4LogicalVolume(tubeSolid, Air, "tubeLog");

G4VPhysicalVolume* fronttube2Phys = new G4PVPlacement((0*deg,90*deg,0),G4ThreeVector(536.3*cm,536.3*cm,1247.4*cm),fronttube2Logical,"Air",DETR_log,false,0);

When I visualize this in OpenGl, my cylinder does not appear to be rotated.

Any suggestions?
