Thanks for the quick reply!

The warning message does not occur for every event. Only events which seem to interact near the surface where the cut is made are given the warning. In these events I am firing gammas with an energy of 1 MeV.

The entire source code for this complex detector is over 5000 lines long, instead of attaching the entire code I have attached the G4SubtractionSolid volume which is causing me the problem. I hope this is sufficient.
