None queerly problem with G4Torus

as some of you know (earlier thread), I simulate a 10cmx10cm scintillator with lateral embedded WLS. The setup is shown in Pic1. The curved part of WLS outside of the scintilator is made of two G4Torus solids. I'm pretty sure that all parameters are correct. But as you can see in pic2, the two Torus parts aren't connecting albeit only a few hundert micrometers (the diameter of fiber is 1 mm). Maybe someone of you had the same problem or has an idea to fix this problem. I'm using Geant4.9.4 and HepRApp as visualizer.

Before i submit the code here concerning the upper issue (attached as txt), i would like to draw your attention to another problem. As you can see in Pic3 the torus-solid is shown in several segments and the tracks running along the tube are outgrowing it. Is this a problem of visualisation with HepRApp or is there another error?
