Dear all,
I am using a voxel phantom with voxel sizes of 1x1x2.5 mm to simulate a radiation treatment. I observed that the dose in the designated tumor region increases by about 30% if I change from G4.9.3.p02 to G4.9.4.p01 without changing anything in the geometry or physics list. I also found that no differences occur if I use a single water box instead of the voxel phantom. I am using a gps multisource for the irradiation with C12 with energies between 170MeV/n and 270MeV/n.
Any help or advice is appreciated.
