 From your previous mail, I understood you already know the number of atoms per cm3 : n1 and n2 

 massOfAtom1 = m1 = massOfMole1/Avogadro = M1/Av 
 massRatio1 = r1 = n1*m1/(n1*m1 + n2*m2) = n1*M1/(n1*M1 + n2*M2)
 r2 = 1 - r1
