None Adding element volume percentage in material definition

Hiii Geant4 Users

I have a scintillator material BC501 in which it has given that hydrogen content is 5.25X10E22 per cubic centimeter and carbon content is 4.08X10E22 per cubic centimeter which menas H is 78% by volume and C is 22% by volume so i define the metarial as

G4Material* Scinti = new G4Material("BC501", density=0.901*g/cm3,nel=2);
  Scinti->AddElement(C, 78*perCent);
  Scinti->AddElement(H, 22*perCent);

can any body tell me that my Material definition is correct or not.
