Question help on detector geometry contruction

Hello, I am starting to simulate a prototype of a fiber Pb calorimeter. The calorimeter is simply a box 10x10x100cm3. Fibers are of two different materials: ~2000 scintillator fibers and ~2000 quarz fibers. A sketch of the geometry is shown below.

Any suggestion on how to construct such geometry? I was tinking to use parametrization in the Pb volume, but I have two manage different materials and I cannot use two different parametrization in the same volume.

Any help/suggestion would be very appreciated.
