Question copies of physics volume from a logic volume

Dear Sir
I have encountered with a problem in implementing a simple geometry. I consumed much time, but I couldnít solve that. Please help me.
My geometry has three parts.
1) world volume
2) base volume (half length of solid_box(1.25*mm,50*mm,50*mm))
3) element_log1 (half length of solid_box1(1.25*mm, 0.95*mm,50*mm))
The element_phys1 constructed from element_log1 has 50 copies which are executed in a loop(sam as exampleN04). The distance between each copy is 2mm
The displacements in x direction for all copies are same, but the displacements in y direction are different (the 50 Boxes are placed in y direction on base geometry) And is determined in loop for each copy. My problem is that the elements_phys boxes in y direction arenít placed uniformly and it seems that the width of the 50 Boxes are different from each other and the distance of copies in y direction arenít equal(they all constructed with same solid and logic geometry only the physics volume are placed in different position).
if the problem isn't explained clear, please let me send my source code to your email.
Thanks you for your time and consideration
With Best Regards
Yazdani
