Here is what my class looks like; and the ComputeMaterial generates the warnings.

class MyParameterisation : public G4VNestedParameterisation
{ 
public:  
  MyParameterisation(const std::vector<G4int>& actElList);
  virtual ~MyParameterisation();
  virtual void ComputeTransformation (const G4int, G4VPhysicalVolume* physVol) const;

  virtual G4Material* ComputeMaterial(G4VPhysicalVolume *currentVol, const G4int, const G4VTouchable *parentTouch);
  G4int GetNumberOfMaterials() const;
  G4Material* GetMaterial(G4int idx) const;
  G4int GetMaterialIndex(const G4int parentCopyNo) const;

private:
  G4Material        *mat1;
  G4Material        *listOfMaterials[3];
  G4MaterialPropertiesTable *MPT_mat1;
  std::vector<G4int> activeElementList;
};

I guess I am trying to say

G4VNestedParameterisation::ComputeMaterial (const G4int repNo, G4VPhysicalVolume *currentVol, const G4VTouchable *parentTouch=0)

is probably not needed in definition of G4VNestedParameterisation?
