As you deduce, and the compiler is suggesting, you need to define only one method in your class which derives from G4VNestedParameterisation.

Only the first method is needed: 
  virtual G4Material* ComputeMaterial(G4VPhysicalVolume* currentVol,
                                        const G4int repNo, 
                                        const G4VTouchable* parentTouch=0) = 0;

The second method is used to call this method which you define, giving it the full information which it requires.
