The error you get is due to the fact that volumes are being reflected in your
geometry. There's no way at the moment to clear the bookkeeping maps of
reflected volume pointers if you resets the whole geometry (we will add this!).
To do things properly you should avoid deleting volumes which are affected
by reflection, and therefore better avoid to directly clear the whole stores!
