Hy, I'm trying to simulate a 150 MeV proton in a water cube. There's a strange effect: the sum of all energies deposed in the water cube is not 150 MeV. I have considered the energy which escape from the water cube (neutrons or gammas), but anyway seems that in the last proton interaction near 15 MeV disappear. I'm using an energy cut value of 0.01mm and no step max limitation. I've used the physics list of the ProtonTherapy example.
