 Do I understand correctly : the incident particle is photon, and its energy is such
 that Compton interaction is dominant ?

 If so, there is an example of biased Compton interaction in
 examples/extended/medical/fanoCavity  (see README)

 In Geant4, each process has one or several models attached to it :
 by default, G4KleinNishinaCompton model is attached to G4ComptonScattering process.

 In this example, MyKleinNishinaCompton model inherites from G4KleinNishina,
 and a multiplicative factor is applied to CrossSectionPerVolume.

 MyKleinNishinaCompton model is assigned to G4ComptonScattering in PhysicsList.cc
