 G4RunManagerKernel does not allow the user to define a region
to the world volume. The world volume has a default region set
by G4RunManagerKernel, where the default cut values are used.

 If you really want to make the world volume be the envelope
of your fast simulation, you should get the pointer of the
default region and set your FastSimulationModel to it.

 G4Region* defRegion
  = G4RegionStore::GetInstance()
     ->GetRegion("DefaultRegionForTheWorld");
 MyEMShowerModel* myShowerModel =
    new MyEMShowerModel("emShowerModel",defRegion);
