Question GPS energy distribution

I want to use a cylindrical General Particle Source in my simulation, but I'm not sure how to enter my energy distribution. I'm not using a macro file, I'm doing it hard coded.

1) What is the difference between User and Arb? Should I use Arb, because I only have some discrete values of energy?

2) According to G4SPSEneDistribution.hh, I need to defined my energies using a G4ThreeVector. I suppose that the first number is the energy, but what are the two others?

3) I have 11 energy values that I want to input and I know the integral and differential flux associated with each of them. I suppose that the flux should be included somewhere, but is it better to use differential or integral flux? What is the default?

4) Also, I would need to interpolate the flux for energies between my 11 values. Do I only need to use the ArbInterpolate function? Does a function like this also exists for User-defined energy?
