The G4Step class includes a function GetTotalEnergyDeposit() for doing exactly what the name implies. Simulations using the low energy electromagnetic processes may include the so-called "nuclear" stopping power as an additional slowing down mechanism relevant for slow heavy ions such as recoil nuclei. If one wanted to differentiate the energy lost through the nuclear stopping power from the total as returned by GetTotalEnergyDeposit(), what would be the most elegant way to do it in Geant4? Thanks.
