Question GetGlobalTime() for more primaries generated in one event

Forum: Event and Track Management
Date: 12 Jan, 2010
From: Cristian Bungau <Cristian Bungau>

Hi,

I am trying to find the global time for certain tracks, but if I generate more primaries within one event using

particleGun->GeneratePrimaryVertex(anEvent)

multiple times and setting these primaries each at different times using particleGun->SetParticleTime(...)

it appears that the global time is reset to 0 after each new primary is generated.

Could you please let me know if there is a way to find the global time since the first primary was generated?

Thank you very much,

Best regards,

Cristian
